About me

Bioinformatics enthusiast focused on genomic data analysis, variant interpretation and molecular assay design using computational approaches. My work integrates bioinformatics and molecular genetics, with emphasis on neurological and neurodevelopmental disorders, including autism spectrum disorder, epilepsy, and Alzheimer’s disease. I have experience in primer design, in silico validation and analysis of sequence specificity in complex genomic regions. I am particularly interested in neurogenomics, transcriptomic analysis and data-driven biological discovery using NGS and public genomic databases.
