My work integrates bioinformatics and molecular genetics, with emphasis on neurological and neurodevelopmental disorders, including autism spectrum disorder, epilepsy, and Alzheimer’s disease. I have experience in primer design, in silico validation and analysis of sequence specificity in complex genomic regions. I am particularly interested in neurogenomics, transcriptomic analysis and data-driven biological discovery using NGS and public genomic databases.
